  The Accommodation Shop is the worst estate agents I have ever had to deal with. they are rude, arrogant, and deceitful. All the staff seam to hate their job, and not want to be there- even when I was signing my contact, the Estate Agent called Paul, was making noises and almost threw the contract and keys at me, he could not get out of there fast enough. I was also asked totally inappropriate questions, like Tell me youre not going to have children soon, as they arent allowed- they are also deceitful, not only by not answering any important questions, and calling back after advising they would, but also by saying important letters are being sent that are NEVER received- its funny how the only post of mine that gets lost is from the accommodation shop! THey also lied about the amount of rent i would be paying- the amount told to me when being shown the flat and the amount In my contract where two different figures- the difference was about £40.00 which is not much but is still deceitful. Also when one officer says you can get a dog and another rings to say you cannot 2 months later, AFTER you already have the dog........ just go somewhere else otherwise you will spend your whole life pulling your hair out.
