  I was mis sold a very expensive 3 seater sofa by Suite World. I was very clear about my back problems and trusted the store owner to accommodate me. The sofa I have been sold is extremely uncomfortable not just to me but also to friends and family that sit on it as well. Unfortunately the law does not protect individuals in these circumstances. I have no right to an exchange or refund under the law and Suite World knows this. Since I cannot prove in a court of law that the sofa is of an unfit quality (Suite World would simply say that this is how the sofa was designed) and I have no more money to buy another, I simply have to endure. I contacted Suite World on the very same day that the sofa was delivered and I was refused any assistance whatsoever. As far as Suite World was concerned they had my hard earned money and that was the end of the matter. I appeal to anybody reading this review to avoid this duplicitous store and take your custom elsewhere.
